Lifestyle, to me, is the art of being intentional. It is about creating a rhythm that feels authentic, balanced, and alive. It is about finding beauty in the everyday, from what is on your plate to what is on your bookshelf, from the outfits that reflect your mood to the spaces that make you feel at peace.
I have always believed that how we live shapes how we show up. For me, that includes my love for food, especially the rich flavours of Caribbean life. Whether I am enjoying doubles on a Saturday morning, experimenting with a new recipe, or finding healthier twists on Trini favourites, food is one of my purest forms of joy and creativity.
Fashion and homemaking are extensions of that same philosophy. I love the ritual of getting dressed, blending structure and comfort, elegance and ease. I find equal joy in creating spaces that feel calm, intentional, and warm. My home is both a sanctuary and an inspiration, a reflection of self-care and style in harmony.
The outdoors keeps me grounded. From sunrise hikes through Trinidad’s hills to quiet moments by the sea, nature is where I reconnect with gratitude. I am also drawn to the rhythm of entertainment and the arts, from film and live music to the vibrant stories that shape our Caribbean identity. Reading remains one of my favourite escapes, a reminder that growth often begins in stillness and reflection.
I will blog about all these things when the energy strikes, and sometimes about whatever else inspires me in the moment. It could be travel, food, fashion, markets, art shops, gardening, carnival, or anything that sparks curiosity and joy. My writing follows life as it unfolds, capturing both the polished and the perfectly imperfect.
My lifestyle philosophy is simple: live with awareness, curate moments that matter, and make space for joy. Every detail, from the meals we prepare to the stories we tell, contributes to the ongoing story of who we are.
